Hanbao has just never been my favourite burger place or even close unfortunately. I always feel like I’m paying above the odds for extremely mid food. The chips taste cheap with minimal topping and maximum sauce to make up for it. The burgers are dry sometimes, I’ve had good burgers and bad ones but the bad times stick with you. Also the last time I went they had stopped doing their chicken wings and started to do tenders, these were far from the same and hell of a lot less enjoyable as agreed by all of my friends. Service feels rushed and sometimes abit rude however last time I went the waiter was lovely, but the kitchen kept messing up our orders therefore making her stressed because she knew it was effecting our opinions on the place and her (we knew it wasn’t her fault.) Atmosphere Is ok but it isn’t very lively, on a busy evening everyone seems abit impatient on their wait for food, and seem to be hurried out.

Cool place with a great atmosphere. People working there are very caring and paying attention to details. I have some food intolerance, they checked it with the kitchen, then came a few times to double check with me that this and that is on that sauce, and suggested some options for me. + We are vegan people and. We enjoyed that vegan version of burger. We hope that for the future they can make more vegan options, this would attract even more people.

Amazing place, food is fantastic. The smash burgers are like meat biscuits haha, huge & soft in the middle with crispness around the outside.
Passed out asleep in the passenger seat before I got home. Fed well.
Plus had a lovely server.

Went to Worcester to specifically visit this place. The juicy burger and the Hong Kong phooey were incredible. Moist yet firm meaty burger well seasoned with good sauces and a fresh bouncy seeded bun. The shaolin fries were excellent with sticky sweet pork belly pieces on top of crisp fries. The mac and cheese is a bit poor and lacks both texture and cheese flavour. Staff were super friendly and service was quick we were in an out in an hour. Price is a little steep if your not into your burgers we had 2 burgers, 2 sides and 2 cocktails and the bill was just shy of £70. I would definitely recommend this place but as a treat and not as a regular burger joint.

BBQ Wings had a nice, crispy outer and the sauce was delicious.
Juicy Burger was just that, full of flavour and the miso caramelised onions made it so moist. Thoroughly recommend.

Went at midday as soon as they opened, staff were lovely and it was a little cold. Had high expectations as a lot of friends had been but felt it could have been better. Fries were undercooked and pork belly was under sauced and slightly charred in places. Chicken wings were fantastic 👌

Good burger but stupidly priced for what it is... £17 for a burger and no chips included in that... was sat in a dark dingy corner and had to use our phone torches to see our food and menu... felt like the whole place was located in an old basement!

Delicious smash burgers, can recommend the Hong Kong Phooey Burger and the BBQ pulled pork waffle fries. Only criticism - they need to do milkshakes!

Amazing burgers, highly recommend the Hong Kong Phooey. 5 stars all around except for atmosphere, knocking a star off as its quite dark in there (all of the walls are black).

Couldn’t fault a single thing, food was phenomenal, service was amazing and very well priced! Also a special mention to the staff members (sorry I didn’t get the names) who acted fast when a drink was dropped by accident by a waiter, you didn’t deserve the rude looks and comments from the lady at the table and there wasn’t any need to apologise to us for the disturbance, accidents happen and it was handled faultlessly! Thank you for any amazing evening and making my girlfriends birthday meal special 💗

The burgers here are incredible!! Such a unique range of flavours and combinations which taste delicious! They offer a selection of loaded fries (the portions are quite large and can easily be shared between two) and sides including chicken and Mac&cheese. The only thing that lets this place down is the service, it's quick, but in a way that makes it clear they want the table back as soon as you've finished eating. This ruined the atmosphere and experience for me as it felt more like a fast food environment rather than a nice meal out. And the prices are certainly not fast food prices, so I expected to be able to relax and enjoy our night. Definitely worth trying for the unique food though, just probably won't go back in a hurry sadly.

What an absolute banging burger! Expensive and it doesn't come with fries. But well worth a visit. Somehow Japan meets burger and it just works.
